The End of 2020 Approaching
Dear Patients,
It’s hard to believe that we are nearing the end of 2020. What a year it’s been! I hope you and your families remain safe and healthy. At this point in the year, I’d like to remind and encourage you to schedule any outstanding dental treatment as soon as possible to take advantage of your yearly dental insurance benefits.
If you have treatment that has been diagnosed but not completed, or if you would simply like to come in for your regular exam and cleaning, please call us to schedule an appointment. If you have dental insurance benefits still available to you in this calendar year that go unused, they will be lost forever. All of those Dental Insurance deductions from your regular paycheck will have been for nothing–don’t throw your benefits away!
Every November and December we receive extra requests from patients wanting to complete their treatment or cleaning by the end of the year. In spite of our best efforts, some patients are unable to have their treatment completed because they wait too long. Because our office was shut down for 8 weeks this spring, our schedule has been busy and appointments can be hard to come by. Please call today to reserve the time you need on our schedule.
You may be familiar by now with our new safety protocols, but I assure you that we have gone above and beyond to make our office environment a safe one for you. With new air filtration, modifications to our schedule, extra suctioning and the maximum recommended PPE, you and our staff can remain safe while also keeping your mouth healthy. Without regular dental care, problems with gum disease and decay do compound leading to more expensive and time-consuming future treatments. I urge you to stay on track with regular care so that we don’t have to play “catch up”.
Call our office at 916-966-4341 to discuss your benefits and make an appointment today. You may be helped by Madi or Colette—our new team members that have joined Jennifer in our front office! If it’s easier for you, please email Jennifer at jp.shoredds@gmail.com for an appointment. Also, if you have chosen another dental office and you would like us to inactivate you in our patient database, please let us know.
Best Regards,
Stefanie Shore, DDS
